I am Ashley Alfaro, Transaction Coordinator and Owner of Finish Line Transactions. I am a 4th generation Colorado Native, Drag Racing enthusiast, and mother of two.

I have been a Licensed Broker in Colorado since 2014 and was an Independent Agent that sold $65 Million in individual sales from 2014-2020. I was an agent with Keller Williams, Your Castle Realty, VIP Real Estate and now hang my license at eXp Realty. I have experience with Commercial, Residential, Multi-Home Residential, New Builds, and multiple different forms of Investing. Fast forward to 2021, I decided to channel my knowledge and skills as a Realtor and become a Transaction Coordinator. 

I have now managed over 1100 Transactions, including large Teams of 15-30 agents, in Colorado, Montana, Oregon, Florida and Texas. I have helped on the backend, with the Realtor side of me, helping to build, protect and ensure success for all my Client’s Real Estate businesses. I understand the hours put in, to build your prospects list, get more listings and show more properties, and market to earn more sales. The paperwork is always the last thing on most Realtors’ minds until of course, Closing Day. That is where a Transaction Coordinator changed the game for me when I had my Real Estate business and one that will change the game for you as well.

As a Broker, I always maintained the mindset that we were helping people with the largest investment they will ever make and it should not be taken lightly. I apply that same mindset to your clients, and to your business and license.
